Music, Science & Inspiration

season 2 – 2023-2024

The Series Music, Science and Inspiration was born out of a profound vision to create a platform on campus where an open dialogue and meaningful inspiration are established between Scientists, Engineers, and Artists.

Each session includes an open conversation, a research presentation, an interactive lecture, and a live performance by faculty members, guest artists, students, and staff. The assumption is that Science and Art share a lot in common, and each interdisciplinary session not only opens new horizons of content and knowledge but is a genuine opportunity for new creation and collaboration. The Series was established by Orit Wolf, who was appointed to be the Artist in Residence at the Technion in its first year, in 2022-2023.
